Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. Your first month is free and we don't ask for a card. Try everything, then decide.

What happens after the free month?

If you want to continue, pick a plan: QR Menu at €15/month or €99/year, or QR Menu + Orders at €20/month or €149/year. Paying yearly saves you up to 45%. You can switch plans anytime. If you don't continue, you're not charged anything.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. They scan with their phone's camera, the menu opens right away, and they pick their language.

How many languages can the menu have, and who translates it?

As many of the 42 languages as you like, at no extra cost. You add the translations yourself: every product and category has a field for each language, and alerts tell you what's missing.

Does it help me inform guests about allergens?

Yes. Set up your allergens once, tag the dishes that contain them, and they show in every menu language. That way you inform guests consistently, as Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 requires.

Do I need technical skills?

No. You fill in simple forms and see a preview at every step. And if you get stuck, give us a call.
